Turn your pressure washer into an amazing foaming traffic film remover that blasts the dirt from cars, vans, and trucks. Vehicle wheels are a cleaning challenge. Hot bits of dust particles (generated by the brake pads) hit the wheel and bake into the finish. If left there, galvanic corrosion occurs and dulls the wheel’s appearance over time.
Ordinary car wash soaps and household cleaners are not strong enough to break the bond between brake dust and the wheel. One way to clean wheels properly is by using acid-based cleaners. These can clean wheels quickly and without much effort. Follow instructions so that the cleaning process does not mark the wheel’s surface if allowed to dry. Acid cleaners should not be used on wheels with pitted or chipped surfaces. The acid will move into cause flaking and peeling.
For the effective removal of brake dust and other grime from vehicle wheels, try the highly concentrated, non-acidic aluminium cleaner, which can be diluted up to 1:7 with water prior to use depending on soiling.

Traction is something that is often requested but not always needed so we advise caution and care in selection. The majority of our machines have "drive" power enough via the brush deck system and are designed to provide maximum ease of use and a high degree of operator control. Three and a half hours however is a long time and if big, wide open spaces are the cleaning problem to be faced then our variable speed traction assisted machines will prove to be almost the ultimate in cleaning convenience. In simple terms, variable speeds forward and one in reverse, you simply adjust the speed to suit you and the application and it then does the work while you stay in full control.
Traction drive could be termed as the ultimate Twintec specification but only if it's needed and if the application merits it. Careful selection is the key to good results.

If you find yourself cleaning at high levels regularly, then the Microlight extension tubes will prove to be of great benefit being 50% lighter than stainless steel. Each section is 422mm in length.
Long life stainless steel tube sets are in a class of their own but a little heavier than aluminium.
